Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are going to be late signing into the video meeting or having issues with the link, please reach out to us for assistance. If you are not signed in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and we have not heard from you, the meeting will end and an email will be sent out to reschedule.
